Currently we are working on development of both cooled copper and HTS rf MRI single or phased array surface probes for:
- enhanced-signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) MRI of the spine and brain of small animals at 2, 4.7 and 7 Tesla;
- low-field MRI (0.1 and 0.2 Tesla);
- enhanced-SNR MRI of carotids arteries of humans at 1.5 Tesla (for hospital scanners);
- development of miniature intravascular MRI receiver probes.
